CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kristina Theresa Beauty, I value your time and strive to provide you with the best possible service. To ensure fairness to my clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or if you no show your appointment, A cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be charged.
